The alchemy process from Qima always delivers a unique cup. (this is the same process as the best of Yemen auction lot we had earlier this year)

This coffee tastes like so many things that it's hard to describe it accurately ;-)
The acidity is one that we often notice in the Yemenia varietal: gooseberry, or yellow currant.
The coffee is also floral like something reminiscent of red clover.
The sweetness of the process is also mind boggling. It feels like raw cane sugar and almond paste.

The coffee is rich, complex and sirupy, and it also feels boozy, especially when you drink it black.

This is not the easiest espresso to dial in.
