Jose Arguello - Typica Bourbon - Brew Chart & Impressions
Who is ready for a coffee that naturally feels boozy?
The processing of this coffee is what gave it such a wild taste (peep the processing page). What struck us first after sampling the coffee were the wild spiced rhum and ginger notes that hit us in the face. That’s a good in between for those looking to ‘’drink’’ before 4pm ;-)
It’s very sweet, and the fruity side is also quite unique as we felt some hints of dragon fruit to go with the more classic red grape notes.
Another banger from Jose and Finca Santa Cruz!
