Our traditional Holiday-Festif Blend is back, and it's so tasty!
This year, we achieved the perfect Christmas season coffee by mixing a chocolaty  coffee in the Randolfo Pacheco lot from Guatemala, and the new Ethiopian coffee from the Shibru Dube washing station in Ethiopia.

Since our very first Holiday Blend six years ago, we have always used the opportunity to raise fund and awareness for causes that we view as important.

For each bags sold, we will donate $3 to each of these NPO:

- True North Aid:
Many First Nation communities, hamlets, and towns across Northern Canada face significant barriers in accessing essential goods and services.
Often situated in remote areas that are only accessible by plane, barge, or are a long drive from major city centres, communities are forced to pay exorbitant prices for food (4 to 6 times more expensive than in big cities) and other goods.
True North Aid is dedicated to serving and supporting northern Indigenous communities in Canada through practical humanitarian support, including providing families access to traditional and cultural food.

- Watermelon Warriors
For over a year now, Gaza has been subjected to one of the worst genocidal campaign in recent history.
Staying connected amid electricity shortage and blackouts is a constant challenge for the people in Gaza. Watermelon Warriors is a Palestinian run org making sure doctors, journalists, aid workers and students can stay online to work, study, and broadcast updates of what they endure.
Our donation will help them buy ESim cards for people on the ground.

This coffee is extremely versatile: it's a good stand alone black coffee (espresso and filter), it makes amazing milky drink (including the Holiday classic eggnog latte) and pairs fantastically with booze if that's your thing.

You can also find it in our Experience Box which makes an excellent gift for your favourite coffee lover!

(you can see each coffee's transparency reports on their respective pages)

Sipping on this coffee will instantly transport you to a Christmas Market or even make you believe in Santa again!

This coffee tastes like cherry, chocolate, warm wine, nutmeg. Pretty Christmassy if you ask us!
It's always a fascinating process to create a blend. It's even a little crazier when we try to make it taste a certain way.

Nothing says Christmas like chocolate, and that is what the Guatemalan coffee brings to the mix. For the ripe fruit, going for a natural Ethiopian coffee was a no brainer.
But our job wasn't done yet: we had to find the perfect ratio to make it pop and make it taste like the holiday season. After a couple of tests, we ended up using two thirds of the Randolfo lot and one third of the Ethiopian.

This coffee is also designed to pair well with booze (dark rum works particularly well) and eggnog.
